Groups are now forming for Clinical Supervision in Marlton, NJ.

Mary Wightman, LCSW, Approved Clinical Supervisor, offers individual and group supervision.

Mary Wightman, LCSW, has completed the NJ SIFI course and is a NJ Board of Social Workers approved provider of Clinical Supervision.  After receiving her MSW from Rutgers State University of NJ, Mary has spent the past 25 years working in non-profits and in the private sector.  Mary has had a range of experience from administrative roles to direct clinical work, both with individuals and with groups.  Mary has expertise with children, adolescents, adults and couples.  Mindfulness, sand play therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy and EMDR are part of her clinical repertoire.

Mary creates a safe, empathic environment to learn and grow as a professional.  She works with clinicians to expand their knowledge, skills and confidence.  Mary continues to engage in her own peer supervision with colleagues, as well.


Deb Wolff, LCSW, Approved Clinical Supervisor, offers individual and group supervision on Sundays.

Deborah Wolff, LCSW has been a NJ Board of Social Work Approved Provider of Clinical Supervision for LSWs since 2009. Receiving her BSW and MSW from Rutgers State University of NJ, Deborah has been practicing in the private and non-profit sector since 1995. Deborah has presented at various state and national conferences and is a member of the NASW-NJ CEU Review committee. Deborah’s clinical experience is with children and families, autism and developmental disabilities, addiction, foster care and adoption, grief and loss, life stages, mindfulness, and spirituality.

Deborah takes great joy in guiding new social workers on their journey toward licensure through a mixture of hands-on practice and personal discovery.  Clinical Supervision is designed to be safe, supportive, and engaging in both a group or individual format.

Fee is $50 with 4 group members.

Note that LACs are required to have individual or dyadic supervision. (N.J.A.C. 13:34-11.1 requires at least 50 hours of face-to-face supervision per one calendar year at the rate of one hour per week,
of which not more than 10 hours may be group supervision.)  LSCW Clinical Supervisors are able to provide this supervision for LACs according to the regulations.
